All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns made after this period will not be accepted.

Returned products must be:

New, unused, with no signs of outdoor trial or wear

Accompanied by their original tags

Returned in their original packaging

Complete (including gifts, cards, accessories)
Items that are stained, damaged, worn, or show marks (makeup, hair, odor, tear, dirt) will not be accepted.
If you wish to exchange an item, please clearly indicate the new size or desired model in your request and on the attached form.
Once the return is validated, the new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost, subject to availability.
After receiving and checking the package, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days.
It will be made via the payment method used during the purchase.
A return may be refused, particularly if:

In these situations, the product may be returned to the sender, with costs borne by them.
In case of a package deliberately not collected at a relay point, a credit note will be issued.
