All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order .
Returns made after this period cannot be accepted.

Returned products must be:

• Brand new, unused, no signs of outdoor testing or wear.

• Accompanied by their original labels

• Returned in their original packaging

• Complete (gifts, cards, accessories included)

Items that are stained, damaged, worn or show signs of wear (makeup, hair, odor, tear, soiling) will not be accepted.

If you wish to exchange an item, please clearly indicate the new size or model desired in your request and on the attached form.
Once the return is validated, the new item will be shipped to you at no extra cost , subject to availability.

After receipt and verification of the package, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days .
It will be made via the payment method used during the purchase .

A return may be refused, in particular if:

• The deadline has not been met.

• The item is incomplete, worn, or damaged.

• The shipment is being sent to a different address.
  

In these situations, the product may be returned to the sender , with costs to be borne by the sender.
In the event of a parcel being intentionally not collected from the collection point, a credit note will be issued.
