2. Mark the tip of your longest toe.

3. Measure the distance in centimeters: refer to the table above.

• If you are between two sizes , usually choose the larger size .

• If you have narrow feet , your usual shoe size will fit perfectly.

• If you have wide feet , we recommend going up half a size (or the next size up if you're unsure).
