Order and delivery

What are the delivery times?

Delivery in France generally takes 2 to 3 business days depending on the carrier and the time of year. In Europe, delivery times can vary between 3 and 5 business days .

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow its delivery in real time.

Is delivery free?

Free delivery is offered for orders over €150 within mainland France. Free delivery may also be available depending on current offers. Delivery information (and any applicable free delivery) is displayed in your shopping cart before order confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We deliver throughout Europe. Other areas may be opened soon.

Can I modify my order?

Modifications are generally not possible. If you still wish to modify your order, please send an email to sav@brianashoes.com . Our team will review your request and determine what modifications are possible.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

Can I return my order?

Of course, upon delivery, you have 14 days to return your order. Once we receive your return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. Please see our return policy for more information.

Are returns free?

We do not cover return shipping costs at this time.

Can I exchange my pair?

Yes. If you wish to change the size or model, you can request an exchange via the return procedure.

When will I be reimbursed?

Upon receipt and validation of your return, the refund will be processed within 5 to 14 days , depending on your bank or payment method.

Products & sizes

How do I choose my shoe size?

Our shoes are true to size. You can usually choose your usual size. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for greater comfort. Please refer to the information on the product page for more details.

Do you offer a size guide?

Yes. A size guide is available on each product page to help you make the best choice.

Do I need to create an account?

No, creating an account is not mandatory. However, we highly recommend creating one to take full advantage of the many benefits it offers.
